Shipping policy

Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship to the United States.
We are working on building strong partnerships with reliable fulfillment centers. Once these partnerships are in place, we’ll expand shipping to Europe and other regions.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

  • All U.S. orders include free shipping — no minimum required.

Delivery Times

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • Other countries: Not available at this time

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours after placing your order.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

  • You’ll also get automatic updates as your order moves through delivery.

Order Status

  • Once shipped, you can track your order with the tracking number provided.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of shipping confirmation, email us at support@earence.com with your name and order number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After shipping, we cannot update addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost, contact us at support@earence.com with your order number and details.

  • We’ll review each case individually and provide a solution (replacement or refund).
